If a business relationship is established this email will be used to enable us to provide the contracted services to you. Your email address is not shared with any third party providers nor added to a mailing list.

Real Name: We will collect your full real name to enable us to negotiate and provide contracted services to you.

IP Address: Our web server collects the IP address of every visit to the site. This enables us to detect abuse and dignose website issues. Any web server logs over 3 months old are deleted.

Analytics Data: cloudee.co.uk uses no 3rd party analytics tools such as Google Analytics

Cookies: cloudee.co.uk does not use cookies.

3rd Parties: cloudee.co.uk uses no third parties for delivery of the website and does not pass details of visitors onto any third parties.

Right to Access

Customers that have been in contact with Cloudee can request confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning them is being processed, where and for what purpose. Further, we shall provide a copy of the personal data, free of charge, in an electronic format if requested.

Right to be Forgotten

Once we have compared your (the subjects') rights to "the public interest in the availability of the data", we may delete your personal data where you have requested this.
